The participant will learn the concept of a team and will develop the necessary skills to build and maintain successful teams. The participant will also understand the main characteristics of high-performing teams like openness, synergy, trust, communication and diversity. And last, the participant will learn to avoid the five traits that make teams dysfunctional.
This workshop is a collaboration between betahaus Hamburg and Galika.

About the presenters:
Ricardo Herrera has a BSc in Industrial Engineering from ITESM in Mexico and an MBA from ITEAP in Spain. He has a wide experience as project manager, production engineer and productivity leader in companies like 3M, GE, and Tighitco Latin America. An entrepreneur himself since 2005 and experiential trainer since 2006, he has facilitated more than 650 training sessions with more than 40 different clients.
Antonio Galván holds a BSc in Finance and Accounting from ITESM in Mexico and an MA in International Business Economics from the University of Konstanz, Germany. He gained valuable experience working for big organizations like Deutsche Post DHL and Moore Stephens before becoming an entrepreneur. He is the current co-chairman for the International Affiliation Group of the Association for Experiential Education, based in Boulder, Colorado, USA.
